An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established Residential Property department based in Bradford. The role offers a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, shared ownership, Help to Buy and new build transactions. You will manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision and play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with property developers. This position would suit a confident and experienced conveyancer who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is able to manage competing priorities effectively.

The Role

  • Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
