Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to join a friendly, supportive residential conveyancing team? An excellent opportunity has arisen to support a busy team of lawyers in either the Bradford or Huddersfield office. This role sits within a well-established residential conveyancing team that prides itself on delivering a smooth, personal, and high-quality service to clients. The team works closely with private clients, estate agents, and intermediaries both locally and nationally, and is accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The Role

  • Opening and closing files
  • Processing correspondence and managing case documentation
  • Using online portals such as Land Registry, LMS, and Lender Exchange
  • Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients
  • Helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with case management systems (ideally P4W)
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, accurate, and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine team-player mindset

Working Arrangements

This position offers hybrid working, combining home working with time spent in the office.
