We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy and friendly HR team in Birmingham. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining HR systems, records, and personnel files
  • Updating our HR system (Cascade), ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
  • Managing electronic and hard-copy filing
  • Coordinating internal meetings for the HR Director
  • Assisting with drafting contracts and terms & conditions letters
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
  • Uploading and updating HR policies on the intranet
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
