I’m looking to speak with an Employment Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career to join a collaborative legal team focused on employment rights work.
The role involves:
- Managing a varied caseload of significant and complex employment law matters, exercising professional judgment to make day-to-day decisions that shape case outcomes
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including case management hearings
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment to deliver high-quality legal services
- Advocating for the organisation’s approach and contributing to the development of the team’s expertise
The successful candidate will have:
- Post-qualification experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and tribunal processes
- Proven experience managing cases from start to finish
- Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings
- Excellent communication skills and leadership capability
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
