Commercial Property Solicitor – Partnership Track Opportunity
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

We are working with a growing and ambitious law firm seeking to expand its Commercial Property department through a key strategic hire. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a pivotal role with a clear route to partnership and the autonomy to shape the future direction of the team.
Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Development projects and site acquisitions
- Portfolio management and investment property work
You will have the freedom to manage your own clients and transactions while benefiting from the firm’s collaborative and supportive environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys client contact, and is motivated by long-term career growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law (or equivalent experience)
