Advise employers on a broad range of business immigration matters, including Skilled Worker and other corporate immigration routes. Manage Sponsor Licence applications and provide ongoing compliance advice. Navigate the Sponsor Management System (SMS), including assigning Certificates of Sponsorship. Conduct sponsor licence and right to work compliance audits. Advise clients on UKVI compliance, enforcement matters and immigration risk management. Support organisations with strategic workforce planning and international recruitment. Assist with corporate transactions, including immigration due diligence. Deliver commercially focused advice to organisations across healthcare, higher education and commercial sectors. Build long‑term client relationships while contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team. Work collaboratively with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver joined‑up legal advice.

You

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE specialising in Business Immigration.
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Sponsor Licences, Skilled Worker applications, right to work legislation and compliance.
  • Experience of immigration due diligence within corporate transactions would be advantageous.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, business‑focused advice.
  • Confident building lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
