An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing law firm in the South West. This vacancy presents an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team at a pivotal stage in its development.
The Employment team is intentionally lean, offering the successful candidate genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to play a significant role in the team's future growth. The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment disputes, disciplinary and grievance issues, workplace investigations, discrimination claims, settlement agreements, restructures and day-to-day HR advisory work.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to step into a role where their contribution will be highly visible and where progression is based on merit and performance rather than time served. Those who are able to quickly establish themselves within the team will find significant scope for career advancement. Applications from exceptional Newly Qualified Solicitors will also be considered where substantial employment law experience has been gained prior to qualification, particularly in a Senior Paralegal capacity.
