PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQE
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000
QED Legal is representing a well-established Legal 500 regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive and busy private client team in Basildon. You’ll benefit from a collaborative team culture, regular 1-1 training, and strong career development opportunities. Role Requirements
- Be Non-Qualified Fee Earner to 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)
- Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:
- Probate & Administration of Estates
- Wills drafting
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
Key Skills & Personal Attributes
- Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude
- Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
