RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY / CONVEYANCER – Amersham, Bucks – £35,000–£55,000
QED Legal is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Residential Property Solicitor to join our well‑established residential team in Amersham, Bucks.
We seek an individual with case‑handling skills to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years, with one day from home per week available.
Desired residential transaction experience includes:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
We still welcome applications if you lack experience in a couple of these areas, but case‑handling experience within residential conveyancing is required.
