You’ll be joining a busy and growing team that advises a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to larger corporate organisations.

The work is varied, interesting and of excellent quality, covering mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, restructures and general corporate advisory matters. What I particularly like about this opportunity is the balance it offers. You’ll work on high-quality transactions while being part of a genuinely supportive and collaborative team.

You’ll have direct client contact, plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to build strong and lasting relationships with the businesses you advise. The team is led by highly experienced and approachable Partners who are committed to helping their colleagues develop and progress.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, continue building your technical expertise and play a meaningful role in the ongoing growth of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically interesting work, values client relationships and wants to be part of a firm where there is a clear path for progression.
