We're working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team.
This is a great role for someone who's confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters.
What you'll be doing You'll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
- Supporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters
- Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions moving
- Keeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout
What we're looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing
- Experience across both residential and commercial property (ideal)
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
- Comfortable using case management systems
- A practical, problem-solving approach
