An outstanding Family Law firm, recognised by Legal 500, seeks to appoint a Family Law Solicitor to join its established team in Taunton. The firm specialises exclusively in Family Law, providing an unusually deep level of expertise across the full spectrum of private and public family matters, whilst maintaining a strong emphasis on constructive resolution and client care.
The successful applicant will possess a strong background in Family Law, with experience of handling good-quality work and the ability to manage their own caseload with appropriate support from an experienced team. The firm will consider candidates from 2 PQE through to 8 PQE, with the role and level of responsibility naturally reflecting the successful applicant's experience.
Ideal Pre-Requisites:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law
- Strong experience across private Family matters, with the precise balance of work tailored around the successful applicant's experience and interests
- Experience in areas including divorce, separation and finances, financial remedy, private Children work, cohabitation and/or domestic abuse
- Commercially aware practitioner who takes pride in delivering high-quality client service

- An interest in developing their practice within a firm with a particularly strong commitment to Resolution, mediation, collaborative law, Resolution Together and other forms of constructive dispute resolution
