A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Associate to join its established team in Lymington.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with experience handling high-value residential property matters who is looking to work on exceptional quality instructions within a collaborative, ambitious and genuinely supportive environment.
The Opportunity:
You will manage your own varied caseload of premium residential property transactions, acting for high-net-worth individuals, families and repeat private clients on matters including:
- High-value residential sales and purchases
- Country houses and waterfront properties
- Listed buildings and rural estates
- Complex title issues
- Properties with substantial land
- Transactions involving sophisticated funding arrangements
- Time-critical and technically challenging matters
