This is a great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a busy and successful property team where client relationships and providing a genuinely personal service really matter. You’ll manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Your work will include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title, with plenty of direct contact with clients throughout. You’ll guide clients through what can often be a stressful process, providing clear, practical advice and doing everything you can to make their transaction as straightforward as possible. You’ll examine and report on title deeds, draft and review legal documentation and liaise with clients, lenders, other solicitors and relevant third parties to keep transactions moving smoothly. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload and priorities, but you certainly won’t be working in isolation. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive conveyancing and estate agency team where people work closely together, share knowledge and help one another when needed.
