Residential Commercial Property Fee Earner An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing law firm in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable property professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload and is looking to play an important role in the continued growth and development of an expanding Property department. You will have the opportunity to work across both Residential and Commercial Property , handling a broad range of matters from initial instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage their own caseload with a high level of autonomy while delivering an efficient, professional and client-focused service. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Residential and Commercial Property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Commercial property sales and acquisitions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases Acting for both landlords and tenants Remortgages, refinancing and bridging finance Transfers of equity New build matters More complex property transactions Reviewing title documentation, searches and enquiries Dealing with lenders and mortga...
