We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Corporate Commercial team within a well-established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners and wants to become part of a friendly, professional team. The Role Working closely with Corporate Commercial fee earners, your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support Audio and copy typing Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Assisting with case and matter preparation Opening, maintaining and managing client files Maintaining accurate records and documentation Assisting with billing and client accounts Liaising professionally with clients and third parties Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration What We're Looking For You will ideally have: Previous Legal Secretary experience Corporate Commercial experience would be advantageous, although not essential Excellent typing, IT and Microsoft Office ...
