Corporate Paralegal role in a Legal 500 London law firm.
You will be working in a busy Corporate department comprising 15 fee earners.
Your duties will include preparing, organising and managing transaction documents from instruction through to completion, as well as drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and simple agreements.
You will also handle a wide range of company administration and post completion work, including Companies House filings, PSC registers, updating company registers and preparing completion bibles.
