The Role

  • Join a large, established Residential Conveyancing department with genuine opportunities for career progression.
  • Work alongside an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal within a collaborative team structure designed to develop your skills.
  • Progress residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction.
  • Review contracts, title documentation, mortgage offers and property searches.
  • Raise enquiries and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing.
  • Prepare reports on title and all associated client documentation.
  • Deal with lender requirements, redemption statements and Certificates of Title.
  • Prepare completion statements, invoices and undertakings.
  • Coordinate exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.
  • Maintain accurate case management records while delivering exceptional client care.
