Compliance Manager Surrey Competitive salary + benefits We're currently working with a well-established specialist law firm, focused on Wills, Probate and LPAs, which is now looking to bring onboard a Compliance Manager to take ownership of its firm-wide compliance and risk agenda.
This is a broad, hands-on role with genuine exposure to the Board and the opportunity to shape compliance across the business.

Strong legal compliance experience A solid understanding of SRA, AML and GDPR requirements Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels A strong understanding of how technology can support compliance A Solicitor qualification would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
