Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow

Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow

Glasgow Full-Time On-site
qed legal Careers

This is a great time to join a growing Residential Conveyancing team in Glasgow.

Following continued growth and further expansion of the team, I am looking to speak with experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegals who would like to join a firm that is genuinely going places, but which has retained a relaxed, supportive and very grown up approach to how people work.

For someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and wants the autonomy to get on with their job without being micromanaged, I think this is a particularly attractive opportunity.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing directly with clients and taking ownership of your transactions. You will have experienced people around you when you need them, but equally you will be trusted to manage your workload and your clients in your own way.

What really stands out to me is the culture.

This is a supportive, friendly environment where people are treated like adults. There is good flexibility and, following an initial settling in period, the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Just as importantly, this is a firm that wants its people to develop and actively encourages progression and growth.

With the team continuing to expand, it is a really good time to come on board and be part of what they are building.

You should have at least a years experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload and be comfortable handling transactions from start to finish.

Alongside a competitive salary, the firm offers good flexibility, private healthcare and a discretionary bonus.

If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow and would like to join a growing team where you will be trusted, supported and given the opportunity to develop, please get in touch with me for a confidential conversation.
