The Role Join an established and highly regarded Employment Team based in Birmingham. Work predominantly on defendant-side employment matters, representing and advising employers and businesses. Support solicitors across a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Assist with Employment Tribunal claims, from ACAS Early Conciliation through to hearings. Gain exposure to unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and breach of contract matters.
