Conveyancing Assistant Doncaster | Full-Time A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support a busy and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in its Doncaster office.

The Role Working closely with a dedicated Fee Earner, you will provide support throughout the conveyancing process, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a varied caseload
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Opening and closing client files
- Carrying out searches and submitting applications
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate case management records
- Assisting with post-completion matters
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing department
