The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Deal with a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout their transaction.
- Deal with enquiries, searches, title issues and contractual documentation.
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
- Progress matters efficiently and proactively.
