Conflicts Lawyer London Up to £130k We’re working with a fabulous US law firm who are looking to appoint a Risk Compliance Lawyer to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified lawyer with experience across conflicts, new business intake, legal risk or compliance to take on a broad advisory role within a highly established international firm. The role? You’ll sit within the New Business Conflicts team, working closely with the Office of General Counsel and senior stakeholders across the firm. • Analysing and resolving complex conflicts of interest across new business and lateral hires • Advising lawyers on conflicts, ethics and professional conduct • Reviewing and advising on terms of engagement • Drafting waivers and establishing ethical walls • Supporting the firm's wider risk management and compliance activities • Providing training on professional conduct, risk and compliance policies • Keeping up to date with regulatory and legal developments affecting conflicts and new business • Working on wider OGC and firm-wide projects About you?
