The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
  • Play a key role within a well-established Residential Property team in Chesterfield.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and local referrers.
  • Work closely with senior leadership as the department continues to grow.

You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong technical ability alongside a commercial and client-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
  • Organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload.
