A well-established law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team in Cambridge.
The role would suit an NQ Solicitor through to around 4 years’ PQE with experience in housing management-related work, particularly residential landlord and tenant matters, and an interest in the practical and legal issues surrounding the management of housing.
You’ll work across a varied contentious property caseload, acting for private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations. Matters will include:
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Adverse possession claims
- Restrictive covenants
- Nuisance and trespass disputes
- Dilapidations and property condition issues
- Complex property issues arising from residential and housing matters
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to develop their technical expertise and is looking for a collaborative team where they’ll receive strong support and exposure to interesting work.
The ideal candidate will have relevant housing/property litigation experience, sound legal judgement and the ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision.
