This is a brilliant opportunity for an existing Team Leader, Supervisor or experienced Senior Analyst who has strong experience across both AML/CDD and Conflicts and is ready to take on more responsibility. The Role? You'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Compliance Analysts while remaining hands-on with complex Business Acceptance matters. · Line managing and supporting junior and senior Analysts · Managing workflow and allocating work across the team · Advising on complex CDD/KYC, AML and source of funds queries · Reviewing legal and commercial conflicts of interest · Supporting client matter inception and risk assessments · Acting as an escalation point for complex or higher-risk matters · Advising Partners and senior stakeholders across the firm · Supporting process improvements, training and wider Compliance projects About You?
