Landlord & Tenant Solicitor - Hybrid working in Bingley

We are looking for an experienced Landlord & Tenant Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a growing and ambitious property team.

This is a newly created opportunity arising from the continued growth of the firm. Over the past six years, the firm has expanded significantly, growing from around 10 people to a team of approximately 50, and this role forms part of the firm's ongoing growth and development plans.

You will join an established team with existing expertise in Landlord & Tenant matters and lease extensions, taking a senior position with responsibility for managing and developing two existing Paralegals.

This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for more than simply managing their own caseload. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a growing area of the business, support junior team members and play an important role in the continued development of the department.

They are ideally looking for a qualified Solicitor with a few years' PQE and solid experience in Landlord & Tenant work.

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience in Landlord & Tenant matters.
• Experience dealing with lease extensions.
• A good understanding of the wider commercial/property landscape.
• The confidence to deal directly with clients and manage your own caseload.
• Previous experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues, or a clear desire to take that next step.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A commercial and client-focused approach.
• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions whilst knowing when to seek advice.
• An interest in developing both your own career and the people around you.
