An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Post Completions Executive to join a highly regarded law firm and close-knit conveyancing team based in Altrincham.
This is a key role within the firm, carrying a significant level of responsibility for ensuring that residential property transactions are correctly and efficiently dealt with following completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of the post-completion and Land Registry process, working closely with the wider conveyancing team to ensure all matters are completed accurately and within the required timescales.

This would suit an experienced Post Completions Executive, Post Completions Assistant, Conveyancing Administrator, Legal Secretary or highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant who has a strong understanding of the post-completion process and is confident dealing with the HM Land Registry portal.

The Role:
As a Post Completions Executive, you will be responsible for a varied and important post-completion caseload, including:
Managing the post-completion process from completion through to registration.
Dealing with Land Registry applications and lodging documents electronically.
Preparing and submitting applications through the HM Land Registry portal.
Managing the redemption process and ensuring charges are appropriately dealt with.
Dealing with Land Registry charges, notices and restrictions.
Obtaining and processing release documentation.
Preparing and dealing with DS1 and DS3 forms.
Preparing and submitting CN1 applications.
Dealing with RX4 forms and other Land Registry documentation.
Monitoring applications and responding to requisitions where required.
Ensuring registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records and updating the firm's case management system.
Liaising with solicitors, fee earners, lenders, clients and the Land Registry where necessary.
Ensuring all post-completion requirements are completed within the appropriate timescales.
