Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own small caseload of matters
  • Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
  • Conducting searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
  • Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
