3+ PQE Private Client Solicitor - W Yorkshire Office Flexible

Private Client Solicitor/Qualified Fee Earner I'm currently working with an established and growing law firm that is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor or Qualified Fee Earner to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is at least 3 PQE and looking for a varied role with plenty of client contact, responsibility and the opportunity to get involved in the wider development of the department. The role You’ll have a varied Private Client caseload, including: Drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs Managing both simple and complex estate administration Advising on and drafting Lifetime Trusts Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion Supporting and supervising more junior fee earners Keeping clients updated throughout their matters and ensuring work is progressed efficiently Taking responsibility for billing, time recording and credit control on your own matters Building strong relationships with clients and external organisations Getting involved in business development, networking and marketing across the firm's branches About you We’re looking for someone who: Is a Solicitor or Qualified Fee Earner with around 3–4 years’ Private Client experience ...
