Are you passionate about sales and building lasting partnerships? At QDrive Performance, you’ll represent London’s leading luxury rent‑a‑car and chauffeur brand, working with five‑star hotels, luxury travel agents, DMCs, and corporate travel buyers. This hybrid role combines field sales with inside sales, giving you the opportunity to own the entire sales cycle from first contact to long‑term partnership.

YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE

  • Develop and grow sales with five‑star hotels, concierge teams, and travel agencies.
  • Acquire new B2B accounts, including DMCs, TMCs, and corporate travel groups.
  • Manage outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, trade networks) to attract new partners.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with hotel managers, concierges, and corporate buyers.
  • Present tailored mobility solutions, from luxury self‑drive to chauffeur and bespoke experiences.
  • Attend trade shows (ATM, WTM, ILTM) and represent QDrive at partner events.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless delivery for partner bookings.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Sales Talent: You are a natural closer, confident with both face‑to‑face meetings and phone/email outreach.
  • Experience: Previous background in hospitality, travel, car rental, or luxury services preferred.
  • Relationship Builder: Able to engage with senior hotel staff, corporate buyers, and travel consultants.
  • Organisation: Skilled at managing pipelines, CRM updates, and structured follow‑ups.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable travelling across London and occasionally beyond for meetings and events.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK licence required.
