We are currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Business Administrator to support our Apprenticeship Funding and Learner Loan administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing apprenticeship and learner loan administration processes
- Processing learner progress reviews and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting compliance and quality audits
- Booking and coordinating learner assessments and examinations
- Updating and maintaining tutor caseloads
- Conducting learner attendance and engagement checks
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues
- Handling incoming communications and office administration tasks
About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
