Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee production operations within a manufacturing facility in Church Stretton. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities on the line to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production metrics and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of a production line. Although training will be given on the production line, it is essential that you understand and have had experience working on a Production Line previously.
