Overview
A goods-in assistant ensures that the flow of incoming goods is efficient, accurate, and in compliance with company policies and standards. This role is vital for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring the availability of products for stores and supporting the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Unload lorries and process the stock using SAP.
- Move and sort stock ready for replenishment into the warehouse using a reach forklift.
- Adhere to all health and safety measures in a busy distribution centre.
