The role of an Assistant Café Manager is to help oversee and manage all aspects of a café’s operations to ensure its smooth and successful functioning. Assistant Café managers are responsible for a wide range of tasks, combining leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
This role requires involvement in cooking as well as assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods. You will assist in performing stock inventory once a month, as well as placing orders with catering suppliers.
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
