We’re searching for a People Partner to join our People Management team, so that we can deliver high-quality people partnership, develop leadership capability, and execute people plans aligned to our business priorities. The People Partner will provide strategic advisory support, drive people processes, analyse workforce insights, and enable leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams across both corporate and customer-facing functions.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Supporting delivery of people plans aligned to business priorities and the UK&I Target Operating Model to ensure consistent and strategic people partnering.
- Contributing analysis and insight to organisational planning, talent discussions, and workforce decisions to improve manager decision-making.
- Providing day-to-day people advice on performance, engagement, development and ER matters to enable confident, capable leadership.
- Embedding performance, career, and talent processes to build strong leadership and succession pipelines.
- Supporting organisational change activities, including restructures and team evolution, to ensure smooth, compliant people transitions.
- Conducting change impact assessments and supporting consultation processes to enable people readiness and resilience.
- Analysing workforce data, engagement results and attrition trends to translate insights into practical actions for leaders.
- Maintaining data accuracy in partnership with People Operations to strengthen people metrics and reporting.
- Collaborating with People Operations and COEs to deliver seamless people processes and continuous improvement.
- Working effectively within a global matrix to balance local needs with global frameworks.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to Ireland and/or Europe is a plus.
- Proven ability to support managers on performance, employee relations, organisational change, and talent processes.
- Demonstrated capability in analysing people data and turning insights into meaningful action.
- Ability to commute to Richmond office 2–3 days a week.
- Genuine interest in workforce development, organisational effectiveness, and improving employee experience.
- A knack for working collaboratively within a global, fast-paced, people-centred environment.
