What you’ll do:
- Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to the leadership team and business units.
- Review, map, and redesign end-to-end finance processes to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
- Review and update internal procedures to maximise efficiency, consistency, and control.
- Be proactive, bring ideas, suggestions and contribute to business improvement.
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement or automation initiatives within finance.
- Previous experience working in a Management Accountant position.
- Strong understanding of cash flow and cash book processes, balance sheet, month-end close mechanics and reconciliations and controls.
- Experience of producing financial information for multinational companies.
