We have an amazing opportunity for an L&D Administration Assistant to join our team in our UK office!

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate regular and ad hoc training activities, confirming availability, booking rooms and managing post-course surveys in order to collect feedback.
  • Support the ongoing management and development of the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting.
  • Maintain and update training trackers, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and update training materials in line with current branding and design standards.
  • Assist with L&D communications, including training announcements and updates.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar support role.
  • Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate data.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and confidential approach.
