Our client, a speciality pharmaceutical company based in the South of the UK, is looking for a Technical Transfer Project Manager. Experts in their field, they focus on the central nervous systems, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, and rare diseases, identifying difficult-to-manufacture therapeutic products and working with trusted partners to get them to the market.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing and executing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Facilitating the transfer of technical information, processes, and product details.
- Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure the project's success.
- Documentation and Compliance: Managing all relevant documentation, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the technology transfer process.
Requirements:
- Super strong Technical Transfer Project Manager to start immediately.
- Based out of Egham with a willingness to travel to Milan up to 2 weeks every month.
- Strong TT experience.
- Strong Sterile Manufacturing experience.
- Ampoule or syringe experience.
- A proven track record of Sterile Manufacturing Technical Transfer projects.
- Able to hold the CDMO to account, drive the schedule, costs, and CDMO.
- Monitor them closely to ensure the schedule is met.
