We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead for a fantastic 6 month contract based in Windlesham, Surrey. You will be working with our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease. What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and control project budgets, forecast, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans.
  • Identify financial, schedule, and execution risks that may affect project delivery.
  • Evaluate and track change requests to assess their influence on cost, schedule, and resources.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project control reports, including key performance indicators and earned value metrics.
  • Monitor resource allocation and identify potential capacity constraints or bottlenecks.

What you’ll need

  • Master's Degree: chemistry, biology, engineering or pharma.
  • Project/cost control expertise in pharma or other industry.
  • Project management certification is an asset (Prince or equivalent).
  • Lean management is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAPEX project control or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools MS Project, Primavera P6, Office suite, Planisware.
