Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Business Unit Leaders, you will have personal involvement in sales activity and the management of experienced consultants.
- Develop the team, undertaking regular appraisals and one to one reviews with direct reports.
- Agree individual objectives with direct reports setting clear review schedules and performance guidelines.
- Regularly monitor objectives between the reporting periods.
- Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support supervision and management of daily sales and administrative activity.
- Identify key training requirements and, in conjunction with the Development Coaches, provide knowledge and guidance to achieve required competency levels.
- Join your respective team members on site visits (UK and abroad)

Requirements
- Previous experience in training and developing recruiters
- Similar management experience within the recruitment industry
- Experience of developing new business and selling recruitment services while leading a team
- Knowledge of placement forecasting, business planning and budgeting for a team of new business focused recruiters
