We are currently supporting a specialist engineering and project delivery company supporting mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects across complex technical environments. The organisation provides installation, coordination and engineering expertise to help deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team and support their current project in London.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow key strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, commercial, engineering, project delivery and leadership teams.
- Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth within existing customers.
- Produce quotations, manage sales pipelines and provide regular account reviews, forecasts and commercial updates.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing key accounts within data centres, construction, engineering, mission-critical or related technical sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded with experience negotiating, managing opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
