Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and administration of NEC4 Option A contracts, including activity schedules, change control and compensation events.
- Assist senior project leadership in the delivery of technically complex data / mission‑critical projects through design, construction and commissioning stages.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and clear reporting.
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure NEC processes are followed with understanding of intent and outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering data centre, mission‑critical or similarly complex technical projects (minimum late design or delivery stage).
- NEC ECC contract administration experience (essential); experience with FastDraft software highly desirable.
- Sound understanding of data centre design, construction and commissioning principles.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to support multidisciplinary project teams.
