Recruiter Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Source and qualify candidates for our live vacancies across our 4 global industries, working closely with the business winning team.
  • Undertake searches on the company’s database, external job boards such as LinkedIn, and utilise social media to headhunt candidates.
  • Prepare and present pre-qualified CVs to the business winning team and arrange candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and interview prep/debriefs.
  • Provide post-sales assistance to contract consultants with regards to temporary and long-term accommodation, special travel arrangements and any registration formalities that may have to be undertaken.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support business development.

Desirable: previous sales experience.
