What you’ll do:
- Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, including negotiating contract rates and overcoming objections.
- Working with their Delivery Manager / Team Leader to prioritise which assignments to focus on, liaising with our business winning team regarding assignment specifics and their requirements.
- Undertake searches on the company’s database, external job boards and utilise social media to headhunt candidates. Target both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities.
- Ensure all data and candidate records are up to date on our company’s CRM system (Bullhorn) including obtaining recent CVs.
What you’ll need:
- The confidence to be comfortable cold calling candidates and be an effective communicator.
- A sense of urgency to match candidates to all relevant job opportunities.
- The natural ability to build relationships and rapport with a range of different people and personalities.
- Target driven, willing to go above and beyond to hit objectives and contact candidates outside of core working hours.
- A competitive nature to beat internal and external competition.
