What You'll Do

  • Team Management & Development: Lead a team, helping and supporting with their day‑to‑day roles, set up & responsibilities, mentoring and supporting their growth and development
  • Route to Market Compliance: Responsible for developing and maintaining the commercial route‑to‑market frameworks as well as responding to legal and technical route‑to‑market decisions
  • Candidate Queries and Onboarding: Issue contracts and manage candidate communications throughout the onboarding process and respond to general candidate queries.

  • Issuing Candidate Contracts

What You'll Need

  • Ideally have previous experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.
  • Experience of using a technology-based onboarding system and proficient in use of Bullhorn.
  • Ability to review contractor contracts from a legal perspective
  • Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem‑solving.
  • Knowledge of legislation impacting the recruitment sector such as IR35, labour leasing, cross‑border working, worker’s misclassification, A1 certificates etc
  • Proven experience of managing a team of at least 3 people
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
  • The candidate must have the rights to work in the location stated in the job advert.
