We have an amazing opportunity for an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team!

Recruiter Responsibilities and Requirements:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager and responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for candidates and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You will be qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the Quanta brand and gain candidate commitment. Ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our company’s CRM system including obtaining recent CVs. Coordinate and host internal/external interviews. Manage the candidate on-boarding process. Competitor identification and mapping. Focus on direct recruitment across all business areas. Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities.
