Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business.
- The main focus of our Senior Recruitment consultants is to go out and win new business and manage those client accounts.
- Meet your clients and candidates! We encourage all our Senior Recruitment Consultants to go and visit their clients, wherever that may be! This could be client site tours, client/candidate social events, or client meetings.
- Work alongside our Delivery function to fill every requirement as soon as possible! We have a dedicated team, for each of our industries, of delivery executives. They are individually assigned to live vacancies, to act not only as a CV resourcer, but will also manage the candidate throughout the process. (The Delivery Executive commission is separate to the Recruitment Consultant’s). Allowing you to have more time for client contact!
- Work alongside our Marketing team, to help them advertise your jobs!
- Working alongside other internal teams, to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. We have in house teams that look after the Contracts & Compliance, Marketing, Business trip booking and much more. Allowing you to focus on your role!
Requirements
- You’ll need prior recruitment experience.
- Must have proven experience in generating and developing new business.
- You’ll need strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You’ll need to be a team player. We have a One Team ethos, and each internal team works closely with each other to achieve the same goal!
- You’ll need to be comfortable working at a fast pace, flexible and a desire to succeed!
