What you’ll do:
- Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support team members in the delivery of their activities.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of commercial route-to-market frameworks, including supporting checklists.
- Perform client due diligence checks in line with internal standards.
- Carry out compliance checks in accordance with route-to-market checklists.
- Issue contracts and manage candidate communications throughout the onboarding process.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of legislation impacting the recruitment sector such as IR35; labour leasing; cross border working; worker’s misclassification; A1 certificates etc.
- Experience of using a technology-based onboarding system and proficient in use of Bullhorn.
- Ability to review from a legal perspective contractor contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
